'Our Cathedral' You know the end of the school year is approaching when Year 6 are attending special events or doing things for the final time. Here they are in Lincoln Cathedral, most for the first time, for the annual Church Schools' Festival. Across six days, over 100 Church Schools and over 3000 Y6 children get together for workshops and worship in the magnificent surroundings of 'Our Cathedral'. St. Michael's Church of England Primary School was founded in Louth, Lincolnshire in the Victorian Times, although moved to its present location in 1974. St. Michael's is a school of 270 pupils, with 10 classes starting from Foundation Stage 2 through to Year 6. The Head Teacher, Mr Paul Fox, is enjoying his fourteenth year in post and Mr John Marritt has been the Assistant Head for eight years.
